Child Development
“All grown-ups were once children... but only few of them remember it.”
— The Little Prince
Being a parent can be exciting and filled with love and joy. It also can be overwhelming and stressful at times. Parents can be filled with worry about whether their infant is meeting his/her appropriate milestones, whether their toddler is developing his/her language skills efficiently, or whether their child is struggling in school or with peer relationships. When you learn to read your child’s cues, you will understand what he/she needs.
At New World Psychology, we help parents and caregivers to understand their child’s developmental needs, what should be accepted, and how best to support their little humans.
