Yes. No problem is too small for therapy. People seek treatment for many reasons. There is no wrong reason for mental-health help and support.
Current In-Person Guidelines
We have limited in-person availability based on need. If you are being seen in person, please reach out to your therapist about more-specific protocols. In general, the guidelines listed below must be followed to ensure your health and well-being.
You must complete the COVID Screening Checklist form prior to every appointment.
You must take your temperature at home on the day of your appointment.
You should not attend an in-person appointment if you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms including, but not limited to, fever, coughing, sneezing, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell, etc.
You must not arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment.
You must use hand sanitizer upon entering.
You must wear your mask properly inside the waiting room and office.
